Things are heating up behind closed doors at the White House’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. The office has at least 10 meetings scheduled this week with various lobbying and advocacy groups to discuss the FDA’s electronic cigarettes enforcement rule. The policy is expected to restrict the types of flavors e-cig companies could use in their products, but anti-flavor advocates are concerned that the administration will still allow companies to sell mint- and menthol-flavored products.
