SC lawmakers considering ban on flavored e-cigarette, vaping products, raising minimum age

Two South Carolina lawmakers say they are considering new proposals to limit youth e-cigarette use and nicotine addiction. State representatives Beth Bernstein and Kirkman Finlay are currently drafting a bill proposing a ban on the sale and purchase of all flavored e-cigarette products across the state. Earlier this year Bernstein introduced and passed a bill that was intended to make it more difficult for minors to obtain vaping products.
